I reached budgetair website through an aggregator site. They happened to have the cheapest price for the flight I wanted. Smooth transaction. Got my tickets. No problems at all. I don't have any experience regarding trying to modify or cancel my flight, so I can't comment on that. I have no issues buying from them again.

I read all the reviews and was still now sure of I should go with budgetair.co.uk. But let me tell you that I am glad I chose budgetair to boom my ticket with qatar airlines, it took them let than 10 minutes to send me my e-tickets. Definitely gonna use them again to book all my tickets

My first encounter with the Budgetair.co.uk and found the site very user friendly and direct to the points. I had an easy time and smooth transaction in getting my plane ticket, better if there is a function to reveal whether I would get miles with this carrier as I am also a member of the club. I am not sure since I did not purchase the ticket directly from the Airline due to the cheaper price available on this site so I wanted to give it a try and will get all my tickets here in case no hidden hassle or disadvantages comparing buying directly from the airline companies. The fare on offer (Business Class - Santiago to Easter Island) was c.50% of the fare being offered by the airline at the same time.
My ticket was issued efficiently within about 30 mins of purchase (all legitimate and I am now able to access and manage my booking directly on the airline's website).

After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about using budget air but found everything to be straightforward. The website worked really well (using an iPhone) and displayed the various flights and connecting times really clearly. Booking was easy and just like others had reviewed. Once I had selected the flights and proceeded to checkout payment was fast and I received my flight tickets by email in little over 20 mins! Will definitely use again! After looking at several other sites including the airline itself I saved over £400 on my booking with budget air. Can highly recommended!
