Budget Air offered me the best price and the website was simple and easy to use. Only minor negative, I would point out is they offered to let me choose my seat for a cost but once booked the airline does it for free anyway.

Everything went smooth. The only thing is that it would be nice to have a few more minutes to complete the purchase. If you have to enter the details for 4 or 5 people, you may some extra time to ensure everything is correct.

cost effective ticket options
I had an awesome experience! I wanted to travel with British Airways because I didn’t have a great experience with EasyJet previously. However, I was on a budget and wasn’t sure if flying would be feasible. Thankfully, BudgetAir offered me a ticket that was 2.5 times cheaper than what was being shown on other sites. Highly recommend giving them a try!
Cheapest Price by Far, no issues and quick eTicket issue
The price quoted was significantly less than all other agents (searching from Skyscanner). The process was easy to book and the website user friendly. I got an email confirmation immediately and my etickets within a few hours. I see many reviews saying contrary to this, but my experience was excellent. I also check the booking on the airline website (Thai Airways) and could see it there too.
Very easy to book and considerably cheaper. I was a bit nervous to send money as it seemed cheap but immediately got a booking reference that I can check under manage my booking with Thai Airways and all is good. Thai air direct £100s of £ more.

Skeptical at first
I was a bit skeptical at first as I have never heard this company but skyscanner provided me with them as the cheapest option. The website was very easy to navigate in terms of filing out my information and booking my flight. Once I paid, I automatically got an email saying my payment was successfully. The email stated I would receive my E-ticket within 24hrs and in rare cases of 72hrs. I did email the team regarding my E-ticket as I did not receive it after 24hrs but they was consistent in replying and reassuring. Within an hour I received my E-Ticket and I went on the official airline website to check my booking to see if it was legitimate (WHICH IT WAS!!!). Overall, I had a good experience… I feel majority of the negative reviews were based on incorrect details or airlines cancelling flights - I’m not too sure what their terms and conditions are but definitely give it a read.
Not scammers in my case and they have gained a happy customer :).

Having gone on 5 websites to see which was most user friendly, this one came out tops for me. With the added bonus of being able to choice weight of luggage to be booked in [the only site out of all 5]. Seat & luggage booking was easy.

My first encounter with the Budgetair.co.uk and found the site very user friendly and direct to the points. I had an easy time and smooth transaction in getting my plane ticket, better if there is a function to reveal whether I would get miles with this carrier as I am also a member of the club. I am not sure since I did not purchase the ticket directly from the Airline due to the cheaper price available on this site so I wanted to give it a try and will get all my tickets here in case no hidden hassle or disadvantages comparing buying directly from the airline companies. The fare on offer (Business Class - Santiago to Easter Island) was c.50% of the fare being offered by the airline at the same time.
My ticket was issued efficiently within about 30 mins of purchase (all legitimate and I am now able to access and manage my booking directly on the airline's website).

After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about using budget air but found everything to be straightforward. The website worked really well (using an iPhone) and displayed the various flights and connecting times really clearly. Booking was easy and just like others had reviewed. Once I had selected the flights and proceeded to checkout payment was fast and I received my flight tickets by email in little over 20 mins! Will definitely use again!
