Daallo Airlines is an airline based out of the Djibouti International Airport with a major hub at the Dubai airport in the United Arab Emirates. They provide services to Africa and the Middle East and currently fly to cities in Ethiopia, UAE, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia and Kenya. Economy Class passengers are offered a safe and comfortable journey to their destination, and tickets include one checked bag. Snacks and meals are available on flights longer than 60 minutes. Drinks are available for purchase and tea and coffee is served on all flights. Check-In information:
Passengers are advised to check-in at the airport more than three hours before their flight to ensure they can check in their bags, complete immigration information and complete security checks. Tickets, passports and visa information must be supplied upon check-in. Online check-in is not possible for most flights.

Luggage:

• Checked bags for Economy Class can be up to 20 kg
• Assistive devices and excess baggage can be booked in advance directly with the airline
• Business Class passengers may check up to 30 kg of luggage.
• Business Class customers are also allowed a carry-on item, jacket, briefcase or garment bag in addition to their allowances.
• All cabin bags must fit under the seat in front of you and must weigh less than 7 kg
