Luggage in the overhead compartment (depending on the rate) has to be paid extra. Passengers are allowed to check in a maximum of 3 suitcases per ticket, for an additional charge. It is advisable to book your luggage online for the flight. Otherwise, you will be charged a higher fee at the airport.

Online check-in on the Ryanair website or via the app is mandatory. When booking a seat, you can check in from 60 days to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight. If you do not reserve a seat, online check-in is possible from 48 hours to 2 hours prior to departure.

Expectant mothers can fly up to 28 weeks of pregnancy. After the 28th week, pregnant women must have a Fit to Fly statement, completed by their midwife or doctor. After 36 weeks of pregnancy you are no longer allowed to fly with Ryanair, for your health and that of your baby. It is also possible that you are no longer allowed to fly after 32 weeks of pregnancy. This rule applies if you are pregnant with twins, triplets, etc. or if you have previously developed complications during pregnancy.
Do you need assistance at the airport? Do you need a wheelchair or an attendant? Maybe you prefer to register your own wheelchair, assistance dog or medical equipment? It is important to request this at least 48 hours before departure. This can be done in your own booking on the Ryanair website or by contacting the special assistance team via email, chat or telephone. Upon arrival at the airport, please report to the luggage drop-off desk or the special assistance desk.
