SunExpress was founded in Antalya, Turkey in October 1989 and flies to many destinations in Europe and Turkey.

Before you start your trip with SunExpress, you must provide a valid ID and possibly a visa. If you need special assistance, you can request this from SunExpress up to 48 hours before departure. Are you pregnant? Then you are no longer allowed to fly with SunExpress after the 35th week of your pregnancy. If you are allergic, SunExpress recommends that you bring a medical certificate with you during the flight and indicate this to the crew when boarding.

SunExpress Travel Experience

It's always handy to know what exactly are your benefits when you fly with SunExpress. SunExpress has 3 types of travel classes that you can choose from. We have listed for you which travel classes SunExpress offers and how you can upgrade your flight.

SunExpress Travel classes

• SunEco
  The cheapest option of SunExpress is a SunEco ticket. Your ticket also only contains 1 piece of hand baggage and checked baggage. However, it differs per destination how much checked baggage you can take with you.

• SunClassic
  The 2nd option that you can choose from at SunExpress is a SunClassic ticket. In addition to checked baggage (varies per destination), you will receive a snack box and 2 drinks during the flight. You can also reserve a seat on the plane in advance.

• SunPremium
  The most expensive and most comprehensive option of SunExpress is a SunPremium ticket. In addition to all the above-mentioned benefits, you can also opt for a seat with extra legroom and you have the option of checking in the evening before departure. During the flight you will receive a hot meal.

SunExpress Check-in & Baggage

When you fly with SunExpress you can check in quickly and easily in several ways. You can check in via the internet or at the SunExpress check-in desk at the airport. Web Check In is available for all destinations and can be done from 24 hours to 6 hours before departure. You will receive your boarding pass by email which you can print and take it with you. Check-in at the counter is 3 to 45 minutes in advance.

Handcarry Luggage

When you fly with SunExpress you can take 1 piece of hand luggage with you for free of up to 8 kg. This may be a maximum of 55 x 40 x 20 cm.

Checked Luggage

With SunExpress, check-in baggage is automatically included with your ticket on international flights. However, the luggage allowance differs per travel class, ranging from 20 to 30 kg. If it turns out that you have too much baggage upon check-in, a €10 per kg will be additionally charged. Your suitcases may also not weigh more than 32 kg each.
