How to check in with Turkish Airlines?

At Turkish Airlines you can check in via the check-in desk or via the self-service check-in machines at the airport. You can also check in online. To do this, you only need to have your ticket and ID with you.

When to check in with Turkish Airlines?

Check-in at the airport is possible up to 75 minutes before departure for international flights and up to 60 minutes before departure for domestic flights. You can check in online 24 hours in advance up to 90 minutes before departure.

Is online check-in with Turkish Airlines mandatory?

Online check-in is not mandatory with Turkish Airlines. You can also check in via the Turkish Airlines check-in desks or via the self-service kiosks at the airport. Online check-ins are possible from 24 hour up to 90 minutes, pre-flight for all ticketed passengers.

Turkish Airlines Hand Luggage Guidelines

When you fly with Turkish Airlines, you can take one piece of hand luggage with you for free. Your hand luggage may be a maximum of 55 x 40 x 23 cm (l x w x h) and weighing 8 kilos. Business Class passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of hand luggage.

Turkish Airlines Checked Luggage Guidelines

Each passenger may take one piece of checked baggage with a maximum size of 158 cm (l + w + h) free of charge. Depending on the flight, the hold luggage can be up to 30 kilos if you travel in Economy Class and 40 kilos in Business Class. The weight per suitcase may not exceed 32 kg.
